Who is eligible to attend?
Everyone is welcome to request an invitation! The event is especially beneficial for current students, recent graduates and early career professionals interested in pursuing careers in construction and engineering. We welcome attendees from all over the United States and Canada with diverse educational backgrounds and career goals.
How do I get invited to attend?
To request an invitation, please complete the FWIK Summit Application. Once submitted, our team will review your application and contact you with more information about the event. If you are selected to attend, you will receive a formal email invitation from Kiewit and details on travel and lodging support, if needed.
How much does attendance/travel cost?
Nothing. We want our attendees to focus on making the most out of this unique experience. Invited attendees are offered support for travel, lodging and several meals. If you are selected to attend, our team will work with you to ensure a smooth experience.
When is the event?
The 2025 FWIK Summit will be held on November 5-7.

Future Women in Kiewit Summit (FWIK) is held at Kiewit’s headquarters in Omaha, NE.
What is the event schedule?
Invited attendees will receive full schedule details. Expect 10+ dynamic sessions and Q&A panels where you’ll learn about career opportunities, get advice from women leaders and feel inspired about your future. Plus, get ready to connect with attendees and Kiewit staff at our planned networking events.
